Deposit
Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward your total on the day of your service.
Deposits must be submitted within 24 hours of booking.
If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, your appointment request may be canceled.
Cancellation
Policy
Please provide a 2–3 day notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
If less than 2–3 days’ notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
If notice is given within the appropriate timeframe, your deposit can be transferred to a new date.
I understand that unexpected emergencies may arise. I will always do my best to discuss your situation with you and find a suitable solution when possible.
If you are running late, please call. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will result in cancellation and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Please inform me in advance of any allergies or sensitivities.
No companions or children are allowed during appointments.
