  • After getting your hair done, wait 48 hours to wash your hair
  • It is extremely important you continue hydrating your hair at home after a chemical sevice.
    • Hydrating hair masks and leave-in treatments are essential to moisturize, add shine, improve texture and manageability. It also repairis any broken bonds while improving elasticity of your hair
  • It’s recommended to use a professional color safe shampoo with no sulfates or parabens. This will help preserve the color longer and it will be gentle on your hair
  • It is NOT recommended to wash your hair everyday
    • Washing your hair less will allow longevity of your color
    • The oils your scalp produces naturally will give your hair its natural shine and it will define your texture
    • On wash days, make sure to wash your hair with cold or lukewarm water. If you wash your hair with hot water, it will open the cuticle of your hair causing your hair color to fade faster and dry it out
    • NEVER sleep with wet hair, humidity creates dandruff
    • If you are using a purple shampoo or any other maintenance shampoo or hair mask, only use it once a week or when necessary to avoid product build-up
  • It is crucial to use a heat protectant when using any hot tools.
  • Remember to set the temperature to 350F maximum
  • Maintenance appointments are extremely important
    • Gloss/ toners appointments are recommended every 4-6 weeks to refresh your hair color since it does fade with the washes
    • A trim is recommended every 12 weeks
    • Balayage retouch is recommended every 4-7 months
  • Remember that maintaining your hair will keep your hair looking fresh and healthy
